Instruction to Authors/Presenters
Abstract
Title should be written in “Title Case”. Each author should be separated by comma and last author by using ‘and’. Corresponding author surname must have * (sign). Affiliation should have detailed address (indicating Institution, City, Country). Corresponding author must provide email address. Abstract main text should be a single paragraph and should not exceed 250 words. Only abstracts submitted in English will be reviewed. Abstracts should be based upon original research work and must be submitted by the presenting author. All abbreviations must be spelled out on first use. Abstracts thoroughly checked for spelling and grammar should be submitted.

Oral Presentation
- Oral presentation session is a major part of this conference.
- Presentation should be in MS power point format.
- Each presenter will have 10~12 minutes and extra 3 minutes for Q&A session.
- To achieve appropriate timing, organize your slides around the points you intend to make, using no more than one slide per minute.
- Presentation may contain introduction, material & methods, results, conclusion, and acknowledgements slides.
Poster Presentation
- There will be a poster session during the IHC 2023. The availability of poster presenter is mandatory during poster display and evaluation. The presenter should be prepared to provide a three-minute presentation of his/her poster.
- Poster content should be well organized for clear presentation.
- The size of the poster must be A0 size (1189 mm high and 841 mm wide).
- Each poster presenter will affix his or her poster to a designated wall. Setting up poster is presenter’s duty.
- Poster presenter must consider that they are responsible for printing and display of the poster to the Conference.
- Make sure paper’s title is prominently displayed at the top of the poster so that viewers can quickly recognize it.
- Indicate name(s) of the author(s) and email address of corresponding author (i.e., poster presenter).
- The title of your poster must match the title of the abstract you submitted.
- The poster presenter should include a photo of himself or herself on the poster so that he or she can be identified.
- Emphasize the author’s name and contact information in case the audience wants to get in touch with him or her for more information.
- Prepare all diagrams or charts neatly and legibly, in a size that can be read from 1.5–2.0 metres away.
- Use a variety of font sizes and styles, as well as colour, and double-space all of your text. For each line or bar in your graph or chart, use a different colour or texture.
- Arrange the information on the poster in a clear, orderly, and self-explanatory manner.
- Include the background of your research, followed by methodology, results and conclusions.
- A successful poster presentation depends on how well you convey the information to an interested audience.
- Poster entries will be evaluated on content and presentation.
- Judges will make top three selections based on the quality of research, poster’s layout, presenter’s delivery, understanding of work, and response to questions.
