Instrusctions for Abstract Submission
Dealine: January 15, 2024 January 31, 2024
- The abstracts (up to 250 words max. with 4-5 keywords) can be submitted for oral or poster presentations.
- The submitting scientist must be the presenting and corresponding author of the abstract.
- The presenting and corresponding author must be same and cannot be different in any case.
- Maximum limit for multiple submission by one presenting/corresponding author is two abstracts.
- All abstracts will be reviewed by the Peer Review Committee of IHCE-2024. As per HEC criteria, up to 40% of the submissions will be accepted for presentation.
For abstract submission, prior registration of IHCE2024 is mandatory.

Guidelines for Poster Preparation IHCE-2024
All the poster presenters should make the poster of the submitted abstract.
Poster Contents
Title: Clearly state the title of your research or project.
Authors: List all authors and their affiliations and email ID of corresponding author.
Introduction: Provide background information and objectives.
Methods: Explain the methodology used in your research or project.
Results: Present your findings with visuals like graphs or charts and some text.
Discussion: Interpret your results and explain their significance in comparison with previously published work on that topic.
Conclusion: Summarize the key findings of your work.
Poster Design and Layout
Size: Your poster should be 36-inch (wide) x 48-inch (height) in portrait orientation.
Font: Use a legible font such as Arial or Times New Roman. The title should be at least 72-point size, and text should be at least 24-point size.
Layout: Organize your content logically with sections like Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
Graphics: Use visuals to enhance understanding, but avoid overcrowding the poster.
Clarity: Keep text concise and use bullet points to highlight key information.
Presentation
Be present at your poster during designated times to answer question, and Initiate discussions with attendees and explain your work enthusiastically.
Display of Poster
Please submit your poster at the time of registration. All posters will be set up on February 26, 2024 by 10:00 AM and kept displayed for the first two days of the conference. Posters can be removed on February 27, 2024 by 2:00 PM. Any posters remaining after the removal deadline will be disposed of by event staff.
Evaluation
Each poster will be reviewed by a panel of judges appointed by the conference organizing committee. The highest-scoring posters in each subject category will be awarded with the best poster certificate (Certificate of Honor).
Please note that there will be no poster printing facility on site.
Language of the poster presentation must be English only.

Sightseeing Bahawalpur is a historical city with various tourism attractions. Famous places include Palaces of Nawabs, Forts (e.g. Derawar Fort), Central Library, Sadiq Mosque, Bahawalpur Zoo, National Park and Educational institutes including IUB and Greater Cholistan Desert (locally known as Rohi). Moreover, Bahawalpur is also famous for cultural dresses, pottery and various other handicrafts. During the conference, participants may visit these places at their own cost.
Limited accommodation is available. Kindly ensure your accommodation booked/conformed in advance, as on-spot accommodation arrangements will not be possible. The colleagues traveling along with families or friends are requested to organize their own accommodation.
